As fitness professionals with science-based qualifications and training, we tailor our skills to our clients needs. We use a 3 step program to help our clients to achieve their goals:

 

Step 1 Intrinsic Biomechanics Assessment: understanding how the body is moving by assessing joint movement, muscles spasms, and tension on the nerves.  

 

Step 2 Corrective strengthening: strengthening muscles that are weak, which will help over-active muscles not to spasm and keeping your body in its correct alignment.
